Challenge/Accepting a Challenge doesn't work!
This can happen for a variety of reasons, and the appropriate reason is displayed in the Status field in the Waiting Room.  The reasons are:

1. No deck built
2. Currently selected deck in Deck display has fewer than 40 cards
3. You are currently playing a game
4. You did not select an opponent in the People Online list in the Waiting Room
5. The selected opponent is currently playing a game
6. The selected opponent refuses your challenge, because he/she does not want to play or for any of the above reasons cannot play.
